What country would you like to see host the 2026 World Cup?

I would like to see great Britain host the World Cup!

No Europe or Asian country though are allowed in the bid so that sucks!

I was using Microsoft Excel to do my own tournament version for if 40 teams could qualify eight groups of five and the top to move on I would think that would be awesome! Then I saw online that there were talks about 40 teams in the World Cup! That would be 96 matches instead of 64.

I would also have the host Country play in the Qualifying rounds to keep other countries from qualifying. And in the World Cup have no countries play each other that are from the same qualifying area until the playoff rounds.

Impossible with about 13 European teams in the competition. And what do you mean? Have the host nation play to qualify?

2026 will probably go to America, what is interesting is where the 2022 WC will be played.

They would still qualify automatically. But the group that they would be placed in, if they won that group those other countries would not make it to the WC.

And who would? I think it's a good idea that they play in a group but their matches shouldn't count towards the final standings... just like in Euro 2016 with France.

Not to mention the unbearable heat, even if they do change it to 'winter' when it might in the 90-100 every game instead of 100+.

It'll be moved, it's almost been proved that it was corrupt vote that won it for them... no way that country should host a WC.
