I have clicked on the windows box bottom right of screen and found copilot; I clicked uninstall.

However, every time I open word or excel the damn copilot box pops up.

I have looked on the internet and some of the instructions seem a bit scary.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying feature please?

I only just saw this.

Word and Excel have a separate copy of Copilot bundled in them. There is a setting in the options to turn it off.

Copilot is an AI that is supposed to replace the help feature. I'm not convinced AI is there yet, but all the tech companies are pushing AI like crazy.
