creating a new tournament

As a subscriber how can i create a new tournament? There is any link have to press?i didnt found not any information. I will much appreciated any advice.

Simple answer is you can't.
Tournaments are created by the site or club leaders.
It is possible to create a tournament through a forum but it's quite awkward and involves a lot of work.
My advice would be to join a club and ask the leader to create a tournament to your liking.
There are several leaders who are willing to do this.
Try joining popeye the sailor man clubClub 229 or dark dragon clubClub 386
Other clubs are available!!

I'm in both clubs and the leaders start a lot of tournaments. I'm sure they'd be open to any time limit or opening theme.
