Does the next round start automatically?

The first round of Tournament 2034 "April 2007 Quartets V" has just finished.
Does the next round start automatically or do we have to wait until Russ or Chris starts it manually?

But the next round didn't start at the very moment the last game was finished in the first round. But perhaps the automagical routine is started each night to scan all tourneys and start the ones possible...?
