One Day timeout

It looks like there used to be one day timeout/ no timebank tournaments quite often, but I haven't seen one in quite sometime. How come they aren't available anymore?

It's not just 1/0 tournaments, the public tourneys now are quite different from what they used to be. No idea why. Perhaps they're relying on the active tournament clubs to give people what they want. 🙁
