Like talking in the forums and in the occasional game but now I just feel completely out of words when it comes to online chat... in any forum or media I used to enjoy.

Maybe you need a hobby, maybe just go to a chess club where you play actual people over an actual board. Go see a movie with a friend, roller skate, shoot a deer, buy a telescope, go camping. There is a great planet around you, try enjoying it.
