If you've found a picture or image you'd like to use as your avatar then just click on "My Settings > My Images" in the top menu to add it to your profile.

I went to Google and found a picture I want from the images selection.How would I get that picture into my computer?From my computer how do I get that picture to RHP?Thanks

Right-click on the googled pic and you'll get an option "save picture as" to get it onto your computer. Then go to RHP MySettings>Images and click on the browse button next to the Image Location box. Find the saved pic on your computer and click on Upload Avatar to finish.
