I have been trying, without success, to figure out how to email messages I want to keep, but they just get deleted.
I check the box - but where do you select the messages?? So frustrated! Thanks.😲
There's a check box to tick next to the message itself. Check the ones you want to delete. There's a second box at the bottom to e-mail a back-up copy. Check this one also. Then click the 'delete' button and you should get an e-mail sent to you.
I checked the seclect box - the message came that a back up
had been sent after I deleted most of them;
I've waited a couple of days; checked the mail; spam, archives. Other RHP
games and moves are there, but not the back-ups! 🙁
I've lost a lot of emails over the last two years - any other ideas?

Thanks.
Go to My settings and select email settings.
This will show the email address that RHP is sending your deleted messages too.
I just selected a message, clicked on the the delete option and also the email back up option so that BOX BOXES ARE TICKED and then deleted.
The message 1 messages deleted. You have been emailed a backup. appeared.
If doing that does not work then I would suggest you click on the Send Feedback link at the bottom of the page.
d
ck up message and it was received instantly.
UPDATE: Once again got the alert saying the messages
have been emailed; and again they have not. Now I've officially lost
every thing; help; addresses; coaching advice, etc., etc., etc.,
Yes, that's what I've done and the last time I got the message that
the selected message had been emailed, but it didn't come.
I guess the feedback option is next. 🙁 Thanks.
Is there another box to tick to select - the only box is the delete and
at the bottom the select option but no way to show what you want emailed -
this should be so easy!! The check disappears in the selected box. damn.
if all else fails, why not just copy and paste to a trusted source, there are many options other than email including plain old windows notebook...if it's important, you can do all manner of things if you keep it simple...
