    How many times can you keep somebody in check without reply?

    Your question is a little confusingly worded.

    Perpetual check seems the most obvious thing here. It lets you force the three fold repetition rule. Same position three times with the same player to move and a draw can be claimed.

    But in case the three fold repetition is not applicable, you have to wait for 50 moves to be able to claim the draw.
