How can I delete or modify an open invite posted by myself?

I just found it can simply be deleted in My Games page. Ignore this one.

But then, how can I delete a newly started thread when I didn't want it anymore?

If you are quick you can edit a post [or new thread you started] and leave a blank post by deleting all the text. Don't think you can do anything with the thread title though.

I think you get about an hour to edit - not certain though, the edit link is at the bottom of your post.

Don't worry about it. Someone else will use it to criticize someones spelling or grammar. Probably mine.😕
