After uploading a picture from your computer to a hosting site , for example www.imageshack.com, copy the direct link it gives you into the box in my settings - my profile settings.


Or for an avatar, my forum settings and then do the same with whatever picture you want.

Please think of the bandwith, some are actually using a slow modem - use a smaller picture of yourself and your wife. Is this 2 megabyte of size...?

But still that's far far too big. Especially as it's only going to display at 50x50 pixels.
