How do I have user removed for vulgariteis via electronic means? illegal in at least 13 states and definitely warrants removal from site.

Click on top corner (under your profile avatar and click ignored players) then type the player in there then they cant communicate with you on site. - This is the immediate action - then i would do as Ponderable has suggested in sending site feedback.
