How can you tell when a new Tournament will start? I can see when they're available but are they tied to date or they just stay open until they're full?

Thanks, but I'm not sure this answers the full question. I can see Tournaments out there waiting but I dont know when the game will start. The thread shows it will start shortly after full, but what if its just up to the minimum?
Close but no. In the aforementioned thread Russ did say they will start after 14 days even if the tourney is not to the max... It's toward the end of the thread.
