trying to claim a draw

I'm in a stale mate situation so want to claim the draw I click claim draw but it says I must make a valid move to claim a draw but i'm in stalemate I can't make a valid move HELP

It's the advantage of playing on a chessboard with some smarts of its own - if it had really been a stalemate the draw would have automatically appeared. Since it didn't, there had to be a move available.
