Is there away to tell how long your opponent will be on vacation when his flag is up?

You cannot know, other then ask your opponent directly how long vacation he's having.
Even if there was a way to know when you're opponent is coming back, you cannot trust it, because he can always come home earlier, or prolong his vacation, whenever he wants to.
