My opponent in a tournament has been on vacation for more than 2 weeks now.
The game is timebank depleting, but he has no timebank left.
Can I end this game or am I forced to wait until he returns? If that's the case, for how long can you be on vacation?

I'm afraid you may just have to wait until his flag time is depleted..bear in mind he can still move whilst that flag is up though...technically he can take all his allotted 36 flag days in one go, so you may have some time to wait yet 🙁

Your opponent is making moves in some games, I'm guessing they're the most advanced ones. People on vacation often find time to make some moves but not all, and your games have barely started so he may not get to them before the end of his vacation time. You don't have much option other than patience, I'm afraid.
