Vacations: booking of...

Is there somewhere to see if someone has booked a vacation [and for when] before you decide whether or not to play against them?

I realize that they could be sneaky and spring it on you after the game has started also...

I don't think there is a way in the new vacation system to know when and how long an opponent will have his vacation. I would like to know that, just as you say, Doc, in order to plan ahead a little.

What I want to have is a way to stop the thinking times by to seal a move so the game stops entirely, with times and all. As in games in real life.
