this year the coloniallists games ... sorry, typo ... the commonwealth games put our daylight saving back a week, and my computer somtimes compensates, some sites recompensate, and my mobile and i are totally lost ...

oh for an hour ... the most important hour : this hour.

Tip: This site doesn't compensate.

In my country we also have daylight saving time.
The computer behaves correctly. The times in RHP does not.
I compensate under "My Settings", "My Time Zone" with an extra hour difference.
