A slight modification of your solution for 13:

4!/(sqrt4)-4/4

4*4+4-4=16

If you want the outcome to be 65, you go (4^4+4)/4 (4^4=256 plus 4=260 /4 =65

If you want it to be outcome to be 257 you go (4^4)+(4/4) 4^4=256 plus 4/4, (1)=257.
