I don't know how racist Latin America is, but I would suspect there are many places more racist than the USA. I am speaking of Muslim countries in particular. The USA has accepted all races that came into our country legally and even many that come into it illegally as long as they become responsible citizens.

If the USA is such a terribly racist place, then why do these hispanics keep leaving their own county to illegally enter the US through our southern borders?
USA is a bi country so it will have large immigration.

If you look at USA immigration per capita then you get the real story.

What is the real story?
Immigration is the movement of people into a country to which they are not native in order to settle there, especially as permanent residents or future citizens.
