Could I add, that anyone who finds themselves in (precarious?, or unfair? Or too much competition….many immigrants, few jobs,,,,,,,) situations about which you write are Voluntarily there? Immigrants Make Themselves Immigrants. There is no special duty to someone just because he presents himself as an immigrant.
