I answered that in the first post in this thread.

If you're too lazy to read it the short version is: the Judge ruled the Statute of Limitations has not expired under NY law.

    I don't know.

"Lock her up!" was coming from the campaign rallies of her political opponent, not the legal system.

Could you justify the actions of the FBI, for instance, here is a sampling. There is more.

On November 18, 2021, an FBI whistleblower discloses to
Republicans on the House Judiciary that the FBI created a
threat tag for parents voicing their concerns at school board
    meetings.
On April 26, 2022, another FBI whistleblower discloses that
the FBI employees are being run out of the Bureau for attending
    conservative political events.
On May 11, 2022, another FBI whistleblower discloses that
dozens of parents with the threat tag designation to their name
are investigated by the FBI. This also happens to be the same
whistleblower who said the FBI leadership, not the rank-and-
file members, the FBI leadership is rotted at its core. His
clearance has been revoked and he has been suspended.
On June 7, 2022, another FBI whistleblower is retaliated
against after giving feedback on an anonymous survey.
On July 27, 2022, another FBI whistleblower discloses that
agents are pressured to reclassify cases as domestic violent
extremism cases to hit self-created performance metrics.
On September 14, 2022, an FBI whistleblower discloses that
the FBI views the Betsy Ross flag as a terrorist symbol.
On September 19, 2022, another FBI whistleblower discloses
that the Washington Field Office is deliberately manipulating
January 6th case files to make it appear that domestic violence
extremism is on the rise. He has been suspended.
On November 4, 2022, another FBI whistleblower discloses
the FBI accepts private user information from Facebook without
the user's consent and information is from only the
conservative side of the political spectrum.

You won't respond, or you will go the Sueanne gambit.

That would be strange since the Betsy Ross Flag has flown at FBI HQ. Apparently that whistleblower was "whistling Dixie..."

You have to be careful quoting Jim Jordan, AverageJoe (from his letter to FBI Director Wray, Sept 14, 2023). Jim Jordan talks a lot of nonsense, and you wouldn't want people to get the idea that you do, too.

Flags and Banners at FBI Headquarters
Since the dedication of our Headquarters building in 1975, we have been proud to be part of Pennsylvania Avenue, "the nation's ceremonial route," and to help illustrate the development of the Stars and Stripes since 1775. Ten historic flags are flanked on either side by today's 50-star flag, representing the 50 states of the Union.

    The historic flags include:

    * The Grand Union, or Continental Colors, serving from 1775-1777, was first raised on January 1, 1776, on Mount Pigsah, Massachusetts, about the time the Continental army came into formal existence. It combined the British Union Jack and 13 stripes, signifying Colonial unity.
    * The Flag of 1777, which had no official arrangement for the 13 stars. It was flown by John Paul Jones on the USS Ranger and was the first American flag to be recognized by a foreign power.
    * The Betsy Ross Flag, 13 stars, designed by George Washington, Betsy Ross, and Francis Hopkinson. Although rarely used, it was adopted by Congress on June 14, 1777—the official date of today's Flag Day.
    * The Bennington Flag, 13 six-pointed stars, allegedly flown August 16, 1777, over military stores at the Battle of Bennington, Vermont, when the Vermont militia beat back a superior British force.
    * The Star Spangled Banner, 15 stars and 15 stripes, immortalized by Francis Scott Key in our National Anthem during the bombardment of Ft. McHenry, Maryland, in September 13, 1814.
    * The Flag of 1818, 20 stars, commissioned by a Congressional Flag Act that returned the design to 13 stripes and stipulated that stars be added for each new state.
    * The Great Star Flag, 20 stars, designed by Captain Samuel Chester Reid, U.S. Navy, at the request of New York Congressman Peter Wendover and flown over the U.S. Capitol on April 13, 1818.
    * The Lincoln Flag, 34 stars, raised by President Lincoln on February 22, 1861, over Philadelphia's Independence Hall to send a message to Southern states, which were preparing to secede from the Union.
    * The Iwo Jima Flag, 48 stars, which was commissioned in 1912 but came to symbolize our nation on February 19, 1945, when U.S. Marines raised it on Mount Suribachi after fearful fighting in World War II's Pacific campaign.
    * The 49-Star Flag, commissioned in 1959 when Alaska achieved full statehood. It flew for only one year, until July 4, 1960, after Hawaii achieved its Statehood and when today's 50-star flag became official.

While right wingers continue to drag this thread off-topic, Trump's lawyers aren't having the same luck in the courtroom. Opening statements were concluded, Trump got some bad news from the Sandoval hearing (which determines what a defendant can be questioned about should he take the stand - though that is highly unlikely here) and the first witness, David Pecker, was called.

Court did adjourn early because of Passover- where Christians and Jews celebrate the mass murder of children (it must be Rajk"s favorite holiday).

And this has something to do with the present legal trouble Trump is in, that is, election interference and conspiracy with Pecker, Cohen and Trump discussing how to proceed with the election interference?
BTW, Trump once again puts his foot in mouth saying the judge is 'conflicted', could be yet another violation of gag orders.
So tell us with your vast knowledge of government what FBI informants have to do with Trump getting arrested for election interference and dozens of other charges?
Are you going to make your opinion ALL judges, state and fed are corrupt, ALL juries are corrupt ONLY if they convict your orange antiChrist?
That is what my sister says, a dyed in the wool Trumpite.
Of course if he is pronounced not guilty, all of a sudden the opinion will change, oh, courts are not corrupt after all.
