I've never gotten as far behind in a war of words as the gooster either. It is painful just watching. Then again, pleasurable that he is getting some of his own medicine thrown back at him. I even helped by flipping the page, now all he got to do is stop his fingers from moving over the keyboard. 🙂

Having always considered Elvis a talented 50s American caricature, I watched the Elvis movie before posting my OP and I have to say I am since down the Elvis rabbit hole.

It’s so easy for those of us who grew up in the wake of the “Way Down” “A little more conversation” mini pop renaissance to miss the unique and incredible raw talent that this man had.

The mismanagement by Parker and naive judgment of a closeted Presley combined to bizarrely limit the impact he had. Despite him being the biggest selling solo performer ever.

Down the Elvis rabbit hole.
