I'm also of the personal opinion that someone or perhaps a group in the Malaysian government is an accessory to the crime. They're the ones who made a few comments and got everyone focused on the southeast Indian Ocean, thousands of miles from where the plane is now.
Edit: Hmmm, a fake black box, I never actually thought of that. Or maybe one from another plane. Could be easy enough to toss in the ocean from another plane.

I doubt this, seriously. Most of the passengers were Chinese citizens.
If I had to take a wild guess, my first thought would be al-Qaeda.
It was all too perfect for the plane being stormed and hijacked. No distress signal or anything. It just all went 'black'.
We will probably never find out what happened and this would all suit him, should my theory be correct. An enigma forever. Immortalised in mystery.

Why are certain patches on Google Earth covered with cloud pictures in the vicinity of southeast of Diego Garcia (USA island) in the Indian ocean. Any ideas someone?

I just zoomed close enough to see planes, trucks and cars--- although the pics aren't good enough to make out any people.
No cloud cover, though.
