No, the user tried to claim too early first I believe, and by offer draw next. The draw was refused once or twice I believe, but finally the draw was agreed on.
Read the wording in the first post, the 3 rep did not happen until after the user posted. By that time, they were requesting draw, not forcing.

I made no mention of the three repetitions in the initial post, but that's when I tried to claim the draw.
I *think* I tried it when I made the move leading to the 3rd repetition, but it is possible that I claimed it a move later - which led to a different (not repetitive yet) position.
Hello!
In this game, http://www.redhotpawn.com/core/playchess.php?gameid=5441478, I'm trying to convince the opponent that is a draw, but he didnt accept my draw offer, and also claiming draw has no effect! What should I do?
I didn't ask on help for what to move...
I've just complained that this game is an never ending game, though it's obvious that any player would not move otherwise than keeping this noncombat position. And my opponent constantly refuses my draw offer...

Do you know what rule is next for a draw? Then we can talk.
I know it is frustrating and it may seem nit-picky, but if I say anything to you that could change the outcome of this game, RHP might consider that "helping". Helping another player is against the TOS and at the worst I could lose my membership. Use "send feedback" at the bottom of any page and perhaps a mod can explain it better
