Assumptions I made in my post
None
*Even if a player is ill, lost web connection or whatever reason. It is up to the discretion of another player to take a time out win or not. If a player is ill or something, he can message his opponent and ask for special consideration.
That happens rarely, most of the time they whine about it in the forums.
