Just looked at a few of Mctayto's games.
For those who don't know, he plays a lot of games.
But he will resign selected games early where the positions are equal and the game is at least 3 moves in to qualify as a rated game.
These selected games serve to manipulate his rating downward to enable his clan leader to set him up with easy opponents in clan play.
This is a person with a history of tossing accusations at others over rating manipulation.
His clan leader has an intimate knowledge of the previous history of this player.
Lemondrop needs to answer to the clan community.
Why does he recruit this one player ?
But does not recruit anyone else ?
Site administration is already aware of the suspicious point total of the clan at the top of the clan table.
But the leader of this clan has remained silent throughout.

One can only speculate how.many suspicious games are out there.

I think management should look at this. Real hard.
I think we should just keep plugging at our games and challenges.
By “we”, I mean our clan and every clan that competes fairly.
It’s a disgrace that what promises to be a very competitive clan season has to be ruined by a couple of bad characters.
One of whom was just reinstated for clan participation.
Hopefully site administration is rethinking that decision.

Which is purely a factual thread containing evidence.
We also know that they haven't the guts to show their faces in this forum beyond clicking the thumb down button.
It's disappointing that clans still agree to engage in challenges with this farce of a clan.
Even while they go around telling other clan leaders to avoid certain clans.

Sure looks like an admission of guilt to me, at the same time trying to point a finger without having any statistics to back up what he is saying.
He is also now playing roughly 1400-1500 points below his real rating. I noticed his leader is also playing well below his regular rating. Why draw attention to himself when he and his clan leader are doing far worse than any of the other clans with their ratings?

I recruited a player who is eligible to play
I owe no one an explanation
for the entire existence of the ladder it was always the big clans that won
now it is my clan of 2 that has shaken the ladder and you, the failed leader, the lone voice cannot accept it
this will be all I will say on this matter
edit: my clan plays by far the most challenges, I simply make the challenge and the clan leader either accepts or declines. If this is a problem with you then you don't understand how the ladder works. The other leaders have no problem, only you, the failed leader of a once great clan

You and I were the leading proponents of this suggestion.
I did re-table this in the site announcements when Russ presented the votes on clan size.
I tend to think this may be a bit of work.
I involves the creation of a new index which means database changes.
Of course I could be off the mark a bit.
It's doable though.
Depends how much time and effort Russ has the appetite to put forth.
