@wycombe-al saidAs for moderation, I think admin does care inasmuch as site admins or owners could be held responsible for what happens or is allowed to happen on their websites, depending on the jurisdiction -- but I'm thinking of illegal activity, copyright infringement, or outright bullying/cyberstalking -- not this kind of squabble over what constitutes fair play.
