The trouble is, the definition of trolling is rather like that of "hate crime". It depends on how the apparent victim perceives it. One person's troll is another person's shining beacon of free speech.
Someone ultimately has to make a decision about what is and isn't acceptable. If Seitse is allowed back (and it wouldn't bother me either way) he'll just have to learn to modify his behaviour, like all young children.

In his case I don't think he would modify his persona at all. He has been banned before and clearly did not change his stance as a would be shock jock troll.
