if what you say is true, okay, if not, okay.

I'm not attempting to distance myself from what I believe to be the
truth, why should I? Simply because it is part of reality you dislike does

You have declared that I will be punished with "eternal torture" for having different beliefs from you. Presumably you would stop making this threat if I were to tell you that I started subscribing to the same beliefs as you.

They are your personal opinions, your personal beliefs, your personal decisions, and it is you who is brandishing them to make personalized accusations directed at me. But when tackled on it you say the stuff was written by somebody else. That, to me, is abdicating responsibility for what you believe and what you say.

So what does the scripture in the OP tell you? It says "do not take them into your house or welcome them". Who is "them"?

Not between you and me? This is the third time you have said this and you may have said it several times before. The ideology of "sin" is yours, not mine. I do not share your ideology. I do not share your beliefs. You are declaring that I will be tortured in burning agony for eternity because I do not share your ideology of "sin". You have made ludicrous personal accusations on this thread and the other thread that this one grew out of. You make personalized accusations and threats and then turn around and insist it's "not between you and me". It's as if you want to wash your hands of responsibility for what you say or believe.

No sin comes from the truth that God brought to us, it did not start with me.
If your complaints are about sin, then you have an issue with God. I don't
care that you do not share my beliefs, my beliefs are not reality, it is what
God does and will do. If I'm wrong, then you've nothing to fear from me, if
I'm right you have nothing to fear from me. God on the other hand, will do
what He says, and if you mock Him, that is again on you.

10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them.

If someone is not a Christian, then it is unlikely that they would be bringing the teachings of Christ with them.

So would you welcome them into your house or not?

The teachings they had was what they were speaking against, not the
fact they were not believers. It was a specific teaching too.
