Dan Zoler is a well-known Israeli chess player who holds the title of International Chess Grandmaster as awarded by the World Chess Federation. He was born in April 1928 and started playing chess at a young age, quickly becoming successful in local tournaments. Zoler is known for his use of the Nimzo-Indian Defence technique in his games. Throughout his career, he has won numerous national and international tournaments, including Israel Chess Championship and Tel Aviv Championship.
