I will claim the win on any timeout unless you have your vacation setting activated with a clear explanation of when you will return. I'm not likely to use opening books or other reference materials on a regular basis, but I reserve the right to do so and I have no problem with my opponents using these materials. I will not use computers for analysis during a game or to obtain hints or suggested moves; I ask that my opponents also refrain from doing so.
