I generally make moves daily, sometimes multiple times a day. However, there are occasional times where I will go 2 or 3 days without moving, so I prefer 3 day timeouts. I show my opponents respect by not making them wait on me, and I expect them to do the same. Therefore, I claim timeout wins unless there is a compelling reason not to do so.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
