i was born in Trondheim , Norway, in1935. played a lot with my father, who never let me win a game. he was top player at the University of Trondheim. i came as a ski-instructor in 1962 but the primary objective was to get my MBA. I now live on Orcas Island, WA. just south of Vancouver, Canada.
