I'm a lifelong guitarist and pianist, and served as the lead guitarist with the U.S. Navy's Atlantic Fleet rock band 1976-80. After mustering out of the Navy I enjoyed a 20+ year career as a software geek, retired, returned to school to earn a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies, and retired a second time following a career as a reference librarian. I now teach guitar and piano privately. I'm also a private pilot and avid motorcyclist. My wife of 48 years and I have six beautiful, wonderful grandchildren.
