I played a few games of chess with my grandfather in the early 1960's when I was around 14 years old. Then I only played a couple games a year through college. In February 2006 I joined RedHotPawn and started getting really into chess. Right now I live in Pleasant Hill, California, about 25 miles east of San Francisco. :-)
