My name is John. I am a 56 year old, happily married father and grandfather. I live in a small burg near the center of North America. I've been playing chess since 1961, but never seriously. I was considered good in high school, but that's a long time ago. I would be happy to play with and give suggestions to novices. I play at a liesurly pace. Sometimes multiple moves a day, often not. I won't time you out until it's obvious you've abandoned the game.
