Karluk

Karluk was the name of Captain Bartletts ship that was trapped in ice in 1913 North of Canada and floated to Siberia where it sunk in January 1914 leaving its survivors trapped North of Siberia about 100 miles North of a desolate Wrangel Island. Its quite incredible but I read that Captain Bartlett was agreat lover of chess. I also love chess and am a hard worker to boot! My proudest chess moment was beating my very own brother.
