My name is Barry and I live in Somerset West. I am 73 years old and retired. I can mostly respond several times a day throughout the day. When I joined the chess club at school we had a huge Russian teacher with a thundering bass voice in charge. Watching me play after having been there for two years, he snorted "That man is just a wood pusher!" That's what I still do best... Although I've had a break because of ill health, I still enjoy the occasional game.
