Hello. I check chess books for unfamiliar openings. I generally play less than 10 games, and try to find opponents who make several moves per day. Please let me know if you must be away.
I am a chess book junkie, preferring the concept-followed-by-problems approach. Most chess books, in my opinion, are very poorly written. Most chess authors do not understand how people learn, and so cannot teach. Let me know if you find a great one.
