Usually, I wait few hours or even a whole day if the flag fell and I expect the same from others.
I dislike to play if the situation about the winner is clear. In that case, I will resign or I expect your resignation. DO NOT DRAG ON!!!
If the game was very interesting or equal, I prefer to play REMATCH. In equalized ends I disposed to offer a draw and play new game with the same player.
