My father introduced me to chess at a young age. He had a computerized chess board that I could never beat, but I played it all the time nonetheless. As I grew up, I grew out of playing chess, playing online infrequently. Now, come my last year in undergraduate studies (psychology) my ambition for playing chess has awoken with a passion. I suspect it is here to stay this time.
