Prevented From Playing Six Game Limit

Hello, all.

I am not a subscriber, but have been playing a lot. Recently, the site says I have reached the free six game limit when I try to start a new game, but I only have four games going. I double checked my archive, and no old unfinished games exist. Please advise. Thank you.

Did you very recently finish some games? If yes, then the problem may go away once the server catches up. Otherwise you will probably need to send a feedback to admin.

You actually have two "not started" games sitting at the bottom of your MyGames list at the end of Page 2. You need to delete those two games by clicking on their trash bin icons to get your 6 games back.
