Cannot log into my account

I'm unable to login to my proper account (haven't used it for about 4 years).

I've tried the forgotten password link - but I never receive the email - I know the email address it uses - its the same address I've had for years. (Tried this several times over last couple of weeks).

I've also tried send to feedback for help via help|send feedback but no answer.

So as a last resort I've created this 2nd account (breaking the rules I know) but only so I can post this request for help.

Also, admin is currently in the middle of upgrading and physically relocating the site's server hardware, so they may be a little slow in responding to your feedback.

Be patient and I'm sure they will get you taken care of.🙂
