Quick, everyone switch to MSNBC to taste the tears of unfathomable sadness.

EDIT: Chris Mathews looks like he's passing a stone.

We need an expert in Constitutional Law. A Harvard graduate. I nominate Ted Cruz.

Isn't Ginsburg about to keel over? Of course, we wouldn't celebrate it if it happened, like the left wingers did when Scalia died. What was the cause of his sudden, unexpected death anyway. He was found dead with a pillow over his head. No autopsy. So weird.

Former President Obama is a Harvard Law School grad with the same educational credentials as Cruz, maybe better, since he also made Law Review

Be careful what you wish for. 🙂

No need to worry about the babies.
In another generation or so, humans can be generated in a lab.
Women won't have to be barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen anymore.

No more abortions of unwanted pregnancies.
And people can have sex with each other without fear of someone getting knocked up.

    And everyone will be happy.
    Even the Bible punchers !!

Oh wait !! I take that last sentence back.
That's what this debate is all about !! 😀

Of course nobody gives a crap about the actual LIVING babies recently kidnapped and held hostage by Trump.

Jesus, you right wingers never give up with this conspiracy crap. The "Scalia pillow over his head" was debunked almost immediately by the guy who found him yet it lingers on. An 80 year old overweight guy who liked to drink dying of a heart attack isn't the most suspicious occurrence in the world and most old time Catholics don't like their family members to have autopsies unless it's absolutely necessary so the only thing "weird" is the continued right wing nutjobery regarding this.

Hoping for someone's death for political advantage is a pretty sick thing to do, Tom.

Kennedy was a pretty reliable Conservative vote on most issues, so I don't think it will change that much.

The SCOTUS overturning Roe v. Wade would trigger a political firestorm in the swing States that the Republicans couldn't win, so I very seriously doubt CJ Roberts would acquiesce to it.

William Howard Taft was both President and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (not at the same time).

Taft was named Chief Justice in 1921 by President Warren G. Harding, a political ally.

(Sigh) I know it is useless; many right wingers are immune to facts that don't fit their strange worldview BUT:

The ranch owner, John Poindexter, tried to clarify his comments, telling "CBS This Morning" that Scalia "had a pillow over his head, not over his face as some have been saying. The pillow was against the headboard."

Judge Cinderela Guevara said investigators found no signs of foul play or struggle. She added Scalia's personal physician believed "the death was due to natural causes".

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Scalia's family said it did not want an autopsy for the 79-year-old Justice, who had a history of chronic health problems.
