It's not MORE fishier! It's more fishy! Sorry. English major here. LOL

And, that game does look fishy. hehe

Not really. I had the same scenario in a couple of tourney games. Raised a storm in the forums then too. There is a clear and obvious explanation which goes to the prevailing posts in the forums at this time.

If you have concerns send them to the Game Mods and let them do their job. Don't post about it in the forums.

Just who died and made you God Xant? You have no more sway here than me. I'll post what I like in the forums until told otherwise by admin. So blow, and I do hear that you need to dedicate more time to your tut's that is presently being accredited. 😉

What's so fishy? That she'd resign? I thought it was odd too. She said she was leaving the site and that she felt guilty for being matched against me while she was so much higher ranked.

In which course?

Also Russ has said numerous times that cheating accusations (and if you know the background that's what your post was) aren't welcome in the forums. The proper channel for them is the Game Mods.

Actually, you're f!!!!king up pretty much across the board. And again, who gives a rats pitote what you think. I'll post what I like until admin say otherwise. You're not the RHP sheriff Xant so get of that platform.

It's called perpetual check.

As to why Checkmate187 sacced a piece for it against someone 1000 points lower. Your guess is as good as mine.

It was a tournament game, and a draw is worth 1 point.

I didn't like my position or my pawn structure. I saw the opportunity to give perpetual check, and with over 100 concurrent games running I decided to take the draw instead of going into a drawn out slug fest with an inferior position.

I would have continued had it not been a tournament game.

You do know, that negociating results before and during the game, and creating these in the said game is considered a clear violation of chess rules? Although it's not written directly in the TOS. It's a common practice/rule known to all chess players, like say en passant, or how the peices move. You simply cannot negociate results or politicalize the game. Although this is usually difficult to prove, outside circumstances, probably through human negociation and phycology, obviously contributed to the resignation of this game. I just thought people should know this, that it's illegal to negociate pre-determined results of games. Not saying that happened here, she could of just dicided to resign a totally won game without reason, but again, that's manipulating results and is hardly honest. If she's leaving, she should JUST LEAVE, not give players she likes "gifts" before she goes.

Is it your job to tell paying customers how to use this site?
If you have evidence that someone is breaking the TOS, then forward it to the mods, but if you read the TOS, you will learn that harrassment is not allowed.
Why are you picking on Nyxie?

Apparently it is possible to negotiate the result of a game.
It's called a draw.
And in some cases could be considered a "gift".

Game 1398758

I imagine what happened with that game Game 1290603, in
regards to the collapsed CC clan, might have something to do with
the same types of insinuations you've been making.

The only thing obvious, is one is free to dispose of games as
one sees fit.
