Usually justification comes after a choice is made, yes.
Not a justification, but an evaluation.

Again, no such confusion exists, except perhaps in your mind.
Let's try a different tack.

We blink, breathe and perform a few other functions completely without any thought given to the acts. Involuntary acts. In the case of a few of these acts, we can ...[text shortened]... book you suggested, The Evolution of Morality.
Not sure why that bothers you so much.

Since I do value your contributions to the forum (despite our lack of agreement on a range of issues), perhaps I will come back to this when I have more time.

Thanks.
I can live with that.
Hell: I can live with the other, too, but this is a bit more satisfying.

Q: Why are so many atheists here? They don't even believe in Jesus!

A: First, this is not a Christianity forum; it's a Spirituality forum. There are many other religions besides Christianity.

Q: ...[text shortened]... incredibly boring.

I'm sure some theists would love to add some questions for the skeptics...
Q: Is the majority viewpoint of posters on this forum usually correct in terms of truth?

A: Yes (in their own eyes) though some may be suffering from incipient blind spots.

This is a terrible question to have in a FAQ. Both Q and A are far too vague.

How would you revise them?

I don't know if that one can be saved. It's really begging the question. We're all trying to figure out what the truth is, and have radically different viewpoints on what the truth is at times.

Debates over certain truths have gone on since long before any of us were ever born. A single FAQ question cannot settle them.

Agree... maybe that's why my gut sense was to generalize.

Footnote:

Q. As a new site member, how can I contribute to this spirituality forum's wellbeing?

A. Just think before you post; doing so you'll be making things better, one script at a time.
