Hi! My name is Fernando. I live near Toronto, ON with my wife and kids. I started here at RHP when our first son was born and I needed a distraction while waiting for him to fall asleep. He's now in university and his younger sister is in high school... :-)
As far as chess is concerned, I was taught by my stepfather as a kid but I never studied the game in depth. I'm a recreational player looking for fun games. In the interest of time I do claim timeout wins.
