I like to play chess from time to time, but not too seriously. I like to play open games, and particularly welcome challenges from similar-ranked opponents who also like to play attacking chess. As well as being more fun, I believe that open games are the best way to improve your tactical and calculation skills, so don't be timid!
My goal is primarily to enjoy my chess, but I'd also like to learn enough to one day become a competent player, and maybe even rack up a few ! symbols from some of the combinations I play, as knowing that I played some good moves is a great way to have fun.

Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
