Hi, Whoever you are.
My only interest is to try and win chess games. So to that end if i have to claim a time out, I will. I would expect you to do the same. Since time is a part of chess and you can lose by it, even if your winning.
now on this issue of chess engines and disscussing moves with other people.....if you want to do that against me thats ok...it just harder competition to help me improve.
